I wrote a fwb a letter

I’m not sure whether to give it to him or not because it’s pretty much me expressing feelings and accepting that we aren’t going to be together but I will always care about him and the letter is just heart felt since I get attached and just it’s my way of letting go ? Well I’m not sure if I should give it to him or not... I’d like to be able to tell him how I feel but it’s not gonna do any purpose right so should I just rip it up and bin it
