15 week old crying?

Lol so. My son cries nearly anytime when i put him down, he was a fairly chill baby up until a week or so ago. Literally anytime me or dad puts him down he is upsetti spaghetti and will either comfort himself or just continue to cry. I feel terrible but some days i have to get stuff done around the home and tend to his sisters. I checked the leap app. He doesnt start one for another few days nor is he in the window for a growth spurt. Could this be a sleep regression? Anyone else? Any ideas?
