Hopefully you weren’t being catfish and it’s a woman or some scammer from Nigeria or something like that. You’re talking to a man he has a penis ha ha. If you mean in real life, you talk to him and find out if you’re on the same page. If this is going somewhere, if this is just a friend or a hook up or a friend with benefits or someone that’s looking for a relationship. If you’re talking about online dating, most people on dating sites are looking for hook ups and not relationships unless they say so specifically. Never assume anything. If you act like you are boyfriend and girlfriend, they could still be seeing other people and are stringing you along. Talk to them. Find out their intentions. I tell guys day 1 that I do not do hook ups or friends with benefits, I do not waste my time on that crap. I’m a relationship girl. I don’t tolerate bs. I don’t tolerate cheating. Just leave don’t cheat. I’m open and honest. If it scares guys away, good they didn’t have good intentions and just wanted to use me. I am too old for that crap or to waste my time. Been cheated on enough and used and taken advantage of too. Guys tell you what you want to hear to get what they want. They string you along and give you false hope of a future but with no intention of it. Think with your head, don’t let love blind you of their red flags. We tend to give people the benefit of the doubt and that can bite us later. Don’t dismiss red flags because you don’t want to be alone or settle for less than you deserve. You deserve better always remember that. Never allow loneliness or desperation be the reason that you settle for less than you deserve. It’s ok to be alone. You are better off alone than in bad company. Take care of yourself. Love yourself, date yourself.
