so i had unprotected sex during my fertile window & it’s been like 3 weeks now i feel like i’ve been having symptoms but i’m bleeding but very light normally i bleed heavy & i threw up i’ve been bleeding for 2 days now idk if this is implantation bleeding or what i’m so confused
