So I went for an ultrasound today to make sure everything is good down there before we start making a family everything appears healthy the doc said I have one tiny follicle on my right ovary measuring 3cm. What does this mean?? Will this stop me concieving?? Is it an egg?? Have experienced extremely tender breast in the last 12 hours.  I'm so confused. Help me please!
