bleeding after attempted sex. should i call?

so at 5 weeks my so and i has sex because i just couldn't wait, i felt great, he felt great, i hadn't bled in a week and afterwards i didn't bleed at all.

now at 6 weeks and a couple days, we tried again because i was feeling really up for it! Well, he barely gets it in and it HURT so i said nOOPE and we stopped, now i'm bleeding? and over the hours its gone from brownish- to dark red. i'm very concerned because i haven't bled for more than two weeks, we've had sex already and it went great even days after i was okay...

its not a tremendous amount of blood.. but enough to look like the start of my period maybe??
