Stretch marks/mastitis/thrush

Hi - 4 weeks PP. had problems with latching first two weeks with some cracks and blisters. Then developed severe nipple sensitivity and some stabbing/needle type pains. Started miconazole gel for me and baby. After 2 weeks it didn’t improve much, so I started a course of oral Diflucan and continued miconazole on nipples and for baby. The sensitivity and pain is improving. I was also doing the vinegar wash for nipples but I have noticed it really stings on my nipples and so I’m worried it may be causing more irritation.

2 nights ago baby slept for his first 4 hour stretch - boobs were quite engorged. And I noticed these marks. After feeding baby breasts were again soft, they aren’t tender or achy, I have no chills or body ache, but an feeling tired (aren’t all new moms?).

So my question - has anyone had irritation from vinegar wash?

Do these marks look like start of mastitis or stretch marks?
