Doesn’t want the crib anymore

He refuses the crib now for both naps and bedtime 😪 we wouldn’t bring him into bed with us until after 1-2 night wakings, but now he won’t even go in there for naps. He’d rather not nap than go in the crib. Yesterday he fell asleep at 9:45, woke up as soon as he touched the crib, cried on and off until 10:30, we finally brought him in with us, but he didn’t sleep until 11:15 because all he wanted to do was play and talk at that point 😰😰😰😰

Any tips? Anyone else’s baby refusing the crib? Refusing naps? He hasn’t taken more than one 30min nap daily for over a week now. Yesterday he took a 1.5 nap but it had to be in our bed 🥴
