Bits of mucus plug ?

I’m 29 weeks 3 days and I’m losing more of what I believe to be my mucus plug every day, it’s not a whole lot but it’s more than I’ve lost any other time in my pregnancy ? Baby is head down so could he be pushing on my below causing more to come out?

I was in early labor at 24 weeks lost a lot of mucus plug and they stopped my labor and now am almost 37 weeks. 
Mucus plug can regrow back

I was losing bits of my mucous plug starting at 30 wks. I didn't have him until i was 37+4 . the mucous plug regenerates
