Positive thoughts needed

Yesterday went to the ER for cramping but no spotting and they did an ultrasound and I’m measuring 5 weeks when I should be 6. They told me my blood work came back fine (hcg level) but baby was measuring small and no heartbeat. I have an appointment tomorrow with a new obgyn bec my current one refused to see my until I’m 12 weeks even after the ER visit. I’m so nervous. I really just want some blood work done to make sure my levels are rising. So send some positive thoughts my way!!
