Ovulating early?!

So I had AF (Aunt Flo - menstruation/period) on april 7th and AF (Aunt Flo - menstruation/period) stopped on april 11th. I had unprotected sex on cycle day 11. On cycle day 12 I had a heavy amount of egg white cervical mucus. Was I ovulating? My AF (Aunt Flo - menstruation/period) are usually normal and I have a 28 day cycle. I dont check my bbt (basal body temperature) or use the OPKs...my calendar says I'm supposed to be ovulating today(april 21st). I now have white sticky cervical mucus 🤷‍♀️ I'm new to all of this
