grey discharge, BV? bacterial vaginitis? - quarantine

hi so I have been having greyish purpleish dischargae for about 2-3 days now. I haven’t had sex in almost 2 months and I should be getting my period next week. The discharge is kinda clumpy and sometimes looks like small pieces of a fleshlike thing. there is no way I’m pregnant but I was wondering if this sounds like bacterial vaginitis? there is a very slight odor but it’s nothing too strong, I am unable to go to a doctor because of quarantine. Is there anything over the counter I would be able to take for this? What happens if it’s left untreated?

im turning 18 next month so i dont have an obgyn currently either
