6weeks +2

So ladies.. This is my second pregnacy 2 years ago I had a miscarriage I have had fertility treatment since ( didn't work) I have not long found out I have a little bun in the oven, I'm so anxious I have booked a private early scan what I want to know is I will 7 weeks exactly on the day of the scan.. What should I expect to see, should there be a heart beat? Thank you ☺️
