Has this ever happened to you?!

I am 2 weeks late on my period. My boobs (nips) hurt so bad and seem to have a little change in color. Little discharge and stomach cramps, almost like period cramps but no sign of AF. I tested a few days ago and got a BFN. My mom didn't get a positive with my brother until she was 8 weeks but I'm just wondering if this is common!? Thinking I probably should go do a blood test.. I definitely feel pregnant.
