Hcg levels indicating twins?

Hi ladies, 
I had some bleeding for a few days and then it was gone. So my doctor had me go in for a hcg blood test and it came back 226 which confirmed I am pregnant. Then yesterday she had me go in again to make sure it wasn't decreasing and it increased to 913. Does that indicate twins?

I was pregnant with twins and my HCG was 144 then two days later 444 - made it close to nine weeks before we spontaneously lost them ☹
HCG #'s can be an indicator but it's not always right

That alone doesn't mean twins. You might be having twins but some people just have high levels

It's possible. But if that was 3-4 days then that's a normal singleton level result. I'm having twins tho and my levels weren't even doubling every 3 days so the only way to know for sure will be to do an ultrasound
