Post partum stuff needed?

I keep reading about stuff I'll need like adult diapers, peri bottle (no idea wtf that even is) large maxi pads... if I'm having a c-section,  will I need this stuff? Will I need anything else?

I’ve had 2 c-sections. You won’t need a spray bottle for water. You will need pads as you’ll still bleed. I never tried the adult diapers, after a c-section I think they’d personally be a little hard to manage to get on and off. Just buy big granny panties. And have a heap of normal period pads as well. By the time of left the hospital (day 4/5) I was was barely bleeding, so didn’t need the huge maternity pads anymore

Everything was provided to me by the hospital. From the squirt bottle, to the giant maxi pad to ice pack and that foam seat I can sit on because of the rip I suffered.

I had a csection also but I personally really liked the adult diapers instead of the underwear with a pad (I felt like they were pretty comfortable and I didn’t have any leaks, I used the Always brand). I only used them for the first 2 weeks then I felt like everything had slowed enough that I felt comfortable with pads. They give you a peri bottle in the hospital so I wouldn’t worry about that one so much.

I only used the peri bottle that the hospital had while I was there. And even then I didn't really need it except when I first got up (had a csection), because I couldn't bend well enough to wipe. Only used a handful of times. Absorbent, long pads with wings and high waisted underwear have all I needed.

I highly recommend not doing the diapers. To me it sucks changing them. And if you have a c section it’s worse, I couldn’t bend over to take my pants of, change it, pants back on. Pads were way easier. 
Peri bottle is just something that squirts the water out, so you don’t rub just dab when you wipe

You don't need diapers. Pads will due. And I honestly didn't use anything. I wasn't sore but for one day after having both of my 8 lbs b babies. Our bodies are amazing. I swear the next day I didn't even feel like I had had a baby. Now I didn't tear so I'm sure that played a role in easy recovery. It's much less painful after than people may say! You got this! I would suggest pads and some water wipes to keep you clean. The squirt bottle should be given to you at the hospital along with the rest of the things you need. Most important I would suggest soft, loose panties and gown and nursing bra. Those were my #1

The peri bottle is basically a squirt bottle that you fill up with warm water to wash off after you use the bathroom so you don't have to wipe after giving birth. You will definitely still need pads and high waisted underwear after csection. If you need anything else the hospital should have it.
