I'm 5 weeks postpartum how the heck do hemmorrhoids happen after an emergency c section and I had it because I didnt progress in labour so I didnt push or anything and developed the hemorrhoids 3 weeks after and still have them they are so painful and bleed I have suppositories and cream but they aren't healing!
