Am I drunk?

Hey y’all I know this is a dumb question but I’ve never been drunk before. Anyways a friend of mine bought some tequila and flavored vodka for me. I had about 3 to 4 shot of the tequila along with a shot of the vodka and now I feel really dizzy to the point where I feel like I may pass out. My vision also feels kind of distorted. Am I actually drunk?
