Headaches after miscarriage?

Hello ladies, 
I miscarried about 4.5 weeks ago @ 9 weeks and I had a D&C 3.5 weeks ago. The last 2 weeks I've had terrible terrible headaches all day - every day!! My obgyn doesn't seem to think it's related and says I'll have to see my pcp....anyone else experience this? I've read that they says it's because of the drop in hormones.....any advice? Thanks :)

I had terrible headaches after both losses. The dr said it was my hormones dropping. After almost a month and a half I went to the eye dr and found out I needed glasses. He said the hormones could of caused the change in vision.

I had a migraine for 4 days after my 2nd one last week from changes in my hormones.

I suffer from chronic migraines and during and after my miscarriage I had really bad migraines, sometimes 2-3 a day! I spoke to my doctor who said that its all hormone related and that headaches/migraines are quite common for the first month after/during due to hormones.

I had them for over a month after my miscarriage. I lost her at 11 weeks and had a D&C. If I cried, which was daily, it would get so bad I would throw up. I couldn't get an appointment with my neurologist, but I knew they were hormonal migraines.

I had the same thing. They were horrible! I heard the same, it was the drop in hormones. But, also I got anemic from the blood loss and that could have been attributing to them also. Mine finally went away after a few weeks, I believe. That helped me to start feeling physically normal again too. I'm sorry for your loss. I hope you get some relief soon. Have you tried Tylenol? I don't remember if anything helped or not. ((Hugs))
