Pregnant with ex boyfriend...

My ex and I broke up almost 2 years ago, and we dated for a year and a half. When we were together, he always talked about getting me pregnant and how he wanted a child. We have been taking it slow rather than rushing into a place together, or etc. I took a clear blue digital pregnancy test a couple days ago & got a BFP! I didn’t expect it since I take tests all the tome and they’re always negative. I went to the doctor right after to make sure, and it is real. I decided to talk to my ex boyfriend about the situation and he just says he’s not ready and feels like a p.o.s. for his opinion but says he’ll be there for me no matter what. Personally I want the baby no matter what m, although I do think it might ruin what him and I were working on. Any advice or opinions for any or all part of the story is welcome!
