Can someone help is this possible ovualtion

Okay so i changed from the pill to the patch maybe a week or so ago i wasnt taking the pill everyday and was very forgetful but after a week on the patch the side effects were to much and me and my partner decided to come off the patch (i didnt start the patch on a period day) and just be careful this was 3 days ago i had 2 days of very watery cm and today i have a high soft open cervix and blood tinged ewcm i was wandering if because of the bad use off contraception if its possible that this is ovulation already
