35 weeks and contractions

I’m 35+3 weeks pregnant I’ve been having lower back pain with contractions, pain in my pelvic area where circled, and recently started feeling nauseous with each one. The past couple of days, it feels as if I’m “leaking” my underwear is wet (doesn’t smell like pee) but it’s not enough to soak a pad. I’m at a loss. I don’t see my doctor again for a week and don’t want to make a trip to labor and delivery for nothing..
