Help me understand the nutrition facts 🤪
Okay, so I have been trying to eat healthier and with baby number 2 on the way, it's given me more motivation to do so! But I don't really know how to read the nutrition facts lol 🤦♀️ and I found this recipe and it seems okay, but I could be totally wrong.
Can anyone help me out!?
