Spotting

Okay so my cycle this month is crazy. I ovulated two days late then what I should’ve idk how to explain it well I am 10dpo and originally my period was supposed to come tomorrow but if I have a full 2 week wait it should start Sunday. So anyway I was checking my cervix and when I wiped I started spotting like a light red color and I know all implantation blood is different. It wasn’t a dark period blood like it normally would be I have slight cramping been this way about a week now so idk 😑😫 our bodies are so confusing idk what it means lol.
