So my husband told his friend that he couldn’t play video games with him tonight because he and I share an office, and I have a zoom class tonight, and he didn’t want to distract me by playing video games.
The friend said “just gag yourself already”
(I didn’t read his texts, he told me)
Neither of us know what that means, but we assume it’s not so nice

Honestly a lot of those guys who play video games say really vulgar and misogynistic things. Sometimes sarcastically so to make fun of other players who do. I would definitely not read into it as your husband hanging out with the wrong crowd or evidence that he’s been talking about you that way.
