Picking the date

Because I'm having twins I get to schedule a date to be induced or have a csection and these are my options. If I do it in the 21st my sister will be out of country but I my doctor said she might be able to get me home for Christmas and they might even end up sharing a a birthday with my SO, the 22nd. If I choose the 2th my sister will be home but who would want there bday to be the day after Christmas? And I have to deliver in an operating room because it's twins so I can only have my SO in with me anyways.
