Not cumming fully???

Ever since I started my birth control, it’s like I can’t orgasm fully, I get there, and it feels like it kinda happens, but not entirely??? They’re not near as great as they were before. I feel almost unsatisfied... does anyone know what I can do to get myself back on the right track?

Edit: this is during both sex and masturbation, everything in those departments are amazing but it’s like my body just can’t release jtsfelf fully anymore?
