What time do they wake up in the morning and go to bed at night?

If more than 3 hrs I’d wake her

I allow a 2.5 hour nap. After that I wake them up. 
They wake up anywhere from 7:30-9:30. This is another time that if they're still sleeping after 9:30 then I wake them up. 
They nap from 1-3, 3:30 at the latest. My son usually gets up at like 2:30 when my husband gets home from work. 
They go to sleep at 8:30-9. My s

My LO is a long napper normally so if he does have an extra long nap I do wake him otherwise it’s hard to get him to bed at night.
He normally wakes at 7am, naps 12-2:30 (I wake him if he’s still sleeping at 2:45) and in bed by 7:30pm.
