Idk what's going on..

Very sharp cramps sore boobs lower back pain so tired.. This isn't normal for me at all every time I eat I feel sick to my stomach and the birth control I'm on I'm only supposed to get my period every three months and I'm having light bleeding. And my boobs are very sore. I'm half way through month two of my pills so idk
