feeling/seeing baby kick??

I’m 16 weeks and 2 days and last night I was feeling what I think was kicks and I could see it from the outside of my stomach as well...it lasted for about 10 minutes and then stopped. Right before each “kick” I could feel something “rolling around” in my stomach almost like a hunger growl but without the noise and then I would see my skin move near my belly button. Is this baby by chance??
