6w2d pregnant sign of miscarriage?
So three days ago I noticed pink spotting when I stuck a tissue in me. just a little amount. Checked everyday after that and there was only a little pink spotting and it would go away. Today it was a bright red... I have no cramping at all. And my appt isn't untill monday. I'm afraid this could be a miscarriage.. 😢
