Trying for another...

Hi... Never actually posted anything like this b4 but I'm really getting my hopes up and need some advice/help.... I have a 3 year old currently.. Ive been trying for about a year to get preg but im very very irregular... I really dont want to go to a doctor and have him check things out.. I am currently on my period but the last time I had an actual 6 day period was 3-4 months ago.. Since I've had spotting here and there just really abnormal periods. I know a doctor would be my best solution but I am not a fan of them... I work 60 hours a week, mon-fri and it's not easy to take off work.. Any help/sugg world be appreciated....
