Anyone weaning but gets high fever 102F? Tips and advice?

I’m down to pumping every 12 hrs but lately had trouble sleeping and pumping late.    Now It’s been 2 days since I’ve got high fever.m and been taking panadol.   I have no red streak so guessing its not mastitis but when I pump there’s hardly any milk but it’s all sore and hot.   Any idea/advice anyone?

If your breasts are hot to the touch it is most likely mastitis, but like the other commenter said, that’s a pretty high fever. I would at least call a nurse line and have them evaluate you. This is a scary time to not feel good, I wouldn’t chance it! Feel better!

That’s a pretty high fever.  I recommend you call your doctor since it’s not clear whether it’s related to weaning or possibly something else.  Hope you feel better soon.
