Clearblue confused

So I just started using the clear blue ovulation test and I'm in just a bit confused what this means. I didn't get a smiley face but I have two lines. We are in month 2 of ttc and I just don't want to miss our window. Can someone explain to me what this means? I can see a second line, it's not strong but it's there. Help please I'm new to this. ❤️
