IUD Removal
Anyone familiar with the IUD? I have had mine for a few years. I've rescheduled my appt to remove it about 5x's, I'm terrified. Is it going to hurt? I have to remove it, I wasn't a qualified candidate to begin with due to my heavy, painful flow. It just seemed like the best choice for me so I've dealt with it this long.
Well it's served its purpose and now it has to go. I'm just so terrified of the pain. I attempted to pull the strings myself (tons of YouTube videos of girls successfully doing so) but I felt pain and immediately stopped. Saw my gyn since and she said to schedule to come back to remove it.
Anyone wanna calm my fears? :)
