Never dealt with this...

My son is 3, and he’s been doing this for the passed two days. He will randomly come up to me after watching some of his movie or playing with toys and ask me “what’s wrong with my weenie?” While pulling his pants down. And the thing is standing at salute! I’ll tell him nothing is wrong with it. But idk if he’s making it this way or what is happening but it’s just one of those awkward boy mom moments and idk how to even go about it or if I’m doing what I need to? Help 😅
