38 weeks and haven't dilated yet!

I'm 38 weeks ftm and had a check up today.. I haven't even started to dialate yet and she hasn't dropped and engaged.. Her head is down but it's not dropped into my palvis... Now I'm annoyed that I'm going to go over my due date.. Has anyone else had this and still went on or before their due date?? I just want my baby here!
