How are you giving your babies solids?

Curious to know how you all are feeding solids to your baby.

They say it’s best to do the same food three days in a row to avoid confusion if there is an allergy to something. So we open a container of baby food and we use it for three days and then after that if she’s had no reactions we move on to another flavor.

One thing at a time for 3 days before trying new. If she’s not had reactions then I will mix ones she’s already tolerated.

My son's pediatrician told me to try 1 new food a week in case he has a reaction.
