Calling my c-section mommies!
When we’re you given the okay to workout? I don’t mean light workouts like walking, jogging, and other light cardio but more of abs, lifting weights (arms and legs), etc. I have my six week appointment Wednesday but wanna know what to expect. Should I get my hopes up to get back in the game or should I expect to not be able to get back to my pre pregnancy exercises until way later?
