Can someone explain how they work and when to bd. If its two lines i am ovulating? Abd do i have to have sex on that day or around it? Thanks x

Oh and 2 lines doesn't necessarily mean you're ovulating. The test line should get darker as you keep testing. For it to be considered positive the test line should be as dark as or darker than the control line.

OPK's detect LH...the hormone released when your body is preparing to ovulate. Most women starting testing on around CD10. It's best to BD on the days leading up to O. Usually once I get the positive I BD for a few more days after that. It's a good idea to be checking bbt as well. You should notice an increase after you've ovulated. Hope this helps!!!
