Teething diarrhoea

Hi my little girl is 6m today and seem to be having teething diarrhoea. But its been going on for over a week. She poo watery and after every feed and a nappy rash from hell. Irritable..lots of drool and rashes around the mouth after chewing. Just wondering how long should the diarrhoea last? She is still happy in herself and eating fine. Just lots of loose bowel! Please help. We seen the docs and they don't seem worried...told me to start on solids!
