Is it bad if I don't want to have sex with my SO when we have been arguing? If we have a fight I won't have sex with him for a few days but it only gets him angrier. However I don't feel like it when he gets on my nerves anyway.

We have to realize that girls and guys see sex in a completely different way. 
The only time guys' brain releases oxytocin (the bonding hormone)bid during sex. While girls' brains release it during time and talks with friends and other things, guys options are more limited. 
His desire to have sex with you might just be a way of him saying he wants to be closer to you. 
After me learning this, one time, my boyfriend was super frustrated for a few days. He wanted to have sex so I went along with it. No joke, after he came, he apologized, explained himself, and thanked me for understanding

If your partner is getting angry with you even more for not having sex tbh I would tell him to get stuffed if he isn't happy with your choices he's not a keeper

My mother in laws friend said when she and her husband argue they won't speak.. Then have sex and go back to not speaking... I thought that was crazy! I'm not touching you if I'm mad!
