What’s wrong with me?

Hey guys, so I just recently got off of NEXPLANON at the beginning of March & had a period for that month. The implant never made my period shorter or stop, it actually made my periods 20-21 days long.

I am 7 days late for my period this month, and although my periods before were irregular, I know my body. The only times I ever missed a period were when I was pregnant (it’s been twice). I took 3 pregnancy tests 3 days ago and they all came back negative. Was it too soon to take one? Or is my period just not coming on this month?
