I do not get why my girlfriend constantly complains to me saying she is fat and ugly and I do try to say let's go gym or exercise to help her but she refuses or says she CBA and I am lesbian , how to I help her because I am sick and tired of hearing it

I think you tell her that your tired of hearing her complain and you would love to support her when she is ready to do something about it but until then you would love to talk about something else. Be legit and upfront.

People with low self esteem do that some times. Society is constantly judging people for not being skinny and fit, and it sucks. It’s also possible she could be depressed. I get that it’s annoying for her to complain, but it’s likely MUCH worse for her, being in her body and not liking how it is. Also, for some people, dieting and working out can make hating their body worse. It’s not just a matter of fixing what they don’t like

She is definitely insecure and is fishing for compliments. She is basically wanting you to say something like no your not your beautiful,  sexy and I love your body just the way it is.
