Needing serious help. I'm 12 dpo and weird cramping..

So I woke up this morning and started having really weird cramps on my left side (where my left ovary would be). I normally dont cramp before my period. But this was so different way more intense than ovulation cramps even. This afternoon it was so bad I was in tears. I had a ectopic a year ago. And had a hsg test since and my tubes are clear. So could this have been possible implantation? Or what? Has anyone experienced this and it ended up being pregnancy related? Or what has your experience been with this? I didnt have ovary cramps with the ectopic just constant bleeding for almost two months. I do have pcos. But have NEVER actually had a cyst on my ovaries.
