Am I pregnant again?!

I just had a baby 3 months ago , surprise baby , my first one . I have been off of birth control for 5 years and got pregnant last June out of no where . We weren’t careful , I just didn’t think I could get pregnant . My sister has PCOS and I have history or ectopic pregnancy and ovarian cysts multiple times so I thought this was the reason . Anyways , my baby is here and beautiful and I love her! She is currently going to be 3 months on this coming Thursday .... I haven’t gotten my post partum period yet but I was always so irregular before . I’m currently breastfeeding But lately I keep getting cramps , fatigued (can’t tell if it’s bc I’m a new mom or not) , I’m breaking out when I usually have clear skin , I’m having cravings , this morning I was nauseous but didn’t throw up , I’ve been crying a lot , I am using the bathroom alot but honestly sort of hurts like I have the urge even after I pee... but I took a pregnancy test just a cheap one bc it told me I was pregnant last time so I figured it worked and this was the outcome . Is there a possibility I could be early on in pregnancy . Given we have only had sex 3 times since our baby girl , no protection bc like I mentioned I just think it’s really rare for me to get pregnant but we used the pull out method . I just don’t know why all the sudden I am getting these symptoms .
