Feeling unsure

I feel so silly. I am currently 10 days late from my visit of Aunt Flo. I have a lot of symptoms going on having me feel positive I am pregnant but when I’ve taken a test this morning .. 3 days ago and the day of my missed period they have all come back negative. My hands and face have become very swollen I have mild cramping and feel

Nauseous and exhausted ALL day. My great grandma had twins and would always laugh telling me how her great grandma had twins also and it would be me next. She would always mention how she never got a positive test but just felt pregnant and the reason behind it was because her levels were to high so it gave a loop effect. This has been on my mind constantly and I’m not feeling more certain that’s GOT to be what’s going on! .. maybe it’s all in my head because I want a baby so bad 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also want to add I can’t get in to see my Doctor right now for any confirmation .. waiting for a call back on what my next steps should be. But my goodness the suspense is killer !
