Home Workouts!
So let me start by saying I’m usually a biiiiiig gym lover, I go to the gym at least a few times a week and hop on the elliptical or treadmill. I’ve been losing weight and getting in shape for the last year, and staying on track is very important to me. Thanks to COVID, that’s not an option. I had considered getting into running outdoors because my house is near some hills with lots of places to explore, BUT I live in a town with a huge drug crisis and running alone isn’t safe especially for women (my husband is also not a runner so him keeping me company isn’t really an option). The most I can do is run lines in my backyard, but that gets boring. Squats and crunches also get boring after a while.
I don’t want to get too off track in my fitness journey, so I’m looking for recommendations for good workouts to do at home. I like everything and I like to change things up so I’m open to all ideas!
