23 weeks pregnant....

First off I'm a FTM. Since yesterday evening I've been having a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. It's now been 24 hours and the pain is still there. Any suggestions on what I should do? I really don't want to go to a hospital due to the whole Coronavirus thing going on and our hospital is like a hotspot for it. It hurts to move, I just want to lay down. On a scale of 1-10 it's a 8.
