Anyone's significant other taking any time off? My hubby can go through FMLA but its not full paid.. So he is gonna use his vacation time instead (two weeks) We arent sure when he should start his time off.. Im due march 2nd but can't really predict when the baby will come, so I dont know how long before the baby comes he should take off and stay home.  He works an hour away from home, so ideally i would want him to be home when the time comes.  Any advice?  Thank you. ☺️
